Process

  • 1. Evaluate

    Logiq will conduct a free evaluation of the building to determine whether it is suitable for our conversion program.

  • 2. Design

    Logiq’s proprietary design program will be test fit within the building to achieve the optimum configuration.

  • 3. Budgeting & Finance

    Logiq will create a revenue projection and cost estimate based on the design. Logiq will also provide financing options.

  • 4. Construction Management

    Logiq will manage the construction process and ensure that the program is executed correctly.

  • 5. Marketing and Leasing

    Logiq will market the building on its global member platform. Leasing will be managed through the same platform.

  • 6. Property Management

    Logiq will manage the property ensuring that it operates properly, manage resident and other related issues.
